For the first time in over 50 years, a portion of the Wylie Ranch in northwestern Mills County is available for purchase. These approximately 660 acres comprise the southwest quadrant of all-weather County Roads 549 and 550 and boast a combined road frontage of over 7300 feet. Recently constructed mesh-wire fencing runs the entire length of the frontage with two new gates affording convenient access to the ranch. Historically used as a rotational pasture for cattle ranching operations for The Wylie Ranch, the family also leased hunting rights to long-time tenants for white-tailed deer and turkey.
